4. Legs Movement

  • For legs, stand straight and click the heels together.
  • Bend the knees and then come back to the straight position. 
  • Keep your hands on your pelvis and repeat the same for 8-10 times. 

During this exercise, you must feel equal weight on your feet. It is a gentle warm-up for the legs.

5. Back Movement

  • Stand straight with heels down. 
  • Now, turn one arm upside down and stretch overside. 
  • Bring yourself back up and switch sides. Make sure to inhale while you bend and exhale when you are up. 

6. Balancing Exercises

  • Stand straight with your heels joined. Now open your arms and push them up, keeping the heels up, balancing your body. Then, bring your arms and heels down and repeat the same five times. 
  • Next, stand straight, separating the heels, bend down, and return to the straight position. Repeat this four or five times.     
  • Keep one leg straight and lift the other, balancing your body. Then, lower the leg and lift the opposite leg. Follow this for five to eight times.
